This episode of Idle Chatter aired in the early days of the podcast. The introduction and audio are a little different from what I use today. The information is timeless, foundational, and just as relevant to your success.
Agriculture runs on machinery… but profits on reliability!
Thanks for listening, Ray Bohacz… the Hot Rod Farmer
This is the same message Ray Bohacz delivered on the Main Stage at Commodity Classic. Do not let your profits fly out the farm shop door! It is not what you make… it is what you keep!
I just want to say how much I enjoyed this podcast. Your talk on voltage drop testing was very informative and puts it in a proper mindset. I understand how it works, and your example simplified it.
Thank you!
I greatly appreciate you listening. It brings me joy to know that the time you invested by listening to my podcast will reap dividends when working on your equipment.
I just wanted to thank you, I saved $500+ the last 2 days because of what I have learned from your podcasts. I had a high impedance ground on my sprayer, so dad thought we needed a new starter. I cleaned the grounds really well, and it worked! Then we had an electric valve that wasn’t getting enough voltage, I cleaned up the connections and it worked! We were going to replace both pieces and waste a day fixing them, but are able to put nitrogen on the Wheat instead. Thanks!
Hi Ray, listening to your podcast on lubricity in diesel, do gas trucks have any similar issues?
